Job Description:
Responsible for employee relations, communicating and deploying HR initiatives set forth by the corporate office.
Assist in the recruitment, selection and training programs for retail operations employees.
The position requires considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills; effectively handling employee questions and concerns.
Additional responsibilities include working with the field management team to ensure consistent and satisfactory administration of HR policies to maintain compliance with state, federal and company guidelines.
Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, ability to analyze the information provided on a prospective employees application form and conduct a personal interview.
Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment.
Supports managers on employee relations issues.
Provides guidance and training in employee conflict for reaching the optical outcome.
Understands employment regulations and keeps abreast of employment laws to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to function in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.
Strong MS Office Skills.
Knowledge of TalentReef a plus.
Willing to travel between locations.
Salary compensation $60,000 to $71,000.
