Successful candidates will deliver live, virtual literacy (reading & writing) professional development sessions to PreK- grade 6 educators.
Training, all necessary materials and ongoing support will be provided to anyone joining the team so they become proficient in delivering our professional development offering.
There will be a stipend provided for your learning time.

ongoing September 2024 until June 2025 8:

30 PM EST minimum 2 Saturdays per month.
Preference given if can work multiple Saturdays in any given month.
Compensation:
Competitive daily rate of $700.
00 Stipend provided for execution of a provided learning plan to prepare for training delivery
Responsibilities:
Conduct live, virtual full-day professional development sessions for educators via Zoom Maintain accurate and timely training notes, attendance records and email correspondence
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Master's degree related to literacy/reading, speech/language, special education, school leadership; five years of relevant experience Passion for KTL's mission and alignment with organizational values Strong background and experience in research-based literacy instruction Classroom Teaching experience (preferably preK-grade 6) Knowledge of effective adult learning practices Proficient in tools required to deliver virtual literacy professional development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with Microsoft PPT, basics of Google Suite (e.
g.
, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and virtual meeting platforms (e.
g.
